Good to see you all here again.

Today I want to write a line or two about knowledge.
What you know, what I know and especially what SOOMLA knows.

In case this is the first time you encounter us, SOOMLA’s essence is to use our knowledge and technology to present unbiased data which helps publishers optimize their app’s full potential.

Since we have data from many apps and networks we are able to aggregate and compile it into one unique industry report every once in a while.

Which leads me to what you may have already guessed:
SOOMLA’s Monetization benchmark report for Q1 of 2019 is in the oven and will be released in the nearing future.

For those who have no idea what I’m rambling about and don’t share my enthusiasm (yet), this report continues a tradition of in depth industry reports which compare in-app ad eCPMs for first impressions and overall impressions, providing a ranking of monetization providers in the mobile industry.

For those who have read our previously published reports, I imagine you know that this is clearly a worthwhile read, as it has great value for anyone in the in-app ads arena.

This is the first time I am seeing and taking part in the process of creating one of SOOMLA’s industry reports and it’s quite fascinating, I finally get a clear overview of the industry which I am only starting to dive my way into.
The report enables a comprehensive look in various perspectives which can eventually assist with app monetization strategies:

  1. eCPM by country
  2. eCPM by platform (ad revenue Android vs. iOS)
  3. eCPM by ad type (Interstitials vs. rewarded video)
  4. Ad network comparison
  5. Top advertiser comparison

And more…

In order to get an even more insightful benchmark, this monetization report will also compare many of the 2019 Q1 findings to the same period back in 2018.

So yes, very cool!
